To maintain industry-standard cybersecurity compliance and strengthen the security of hosted infrastructure, our hosting platform is implementing an Extended SSL/TLS Security Framework across all domains, email systems, and application services.

This upgrade introduces advanced encryption standards and enhanced authentication protocols to protect domain services, email communications, login systems, and e-commerce transactions from evolving cybersecurity threats.

Security Enhancements Being Implemented

  • Deployment of 4096-bit SSL/TLS encryption certificates for stronger cryptographic protection.

  • Enforcement of TLS 1.2 / TLS 1.3 secure communication protocols across servers.

  • Extended email security validation including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DANE authentication.

  • Enhanced login authentication and infrastructure validation layers.

  • Additional security controls for e-commerce transactions and payment gateway integrations.

  • Expanded domain security framework supporting modern DNS security mechanisms and infrastructure hardening.

These upgrades require additional infrastructure management, monitoring, and certificate provisioning on our servers to ensure continuous protection and compliance with current cybersecurity practices.

Platform Licensing Cost Adjustments

Due to global licensing cost revisions by infrastructure software vendors and to maintain stable server performance and security standards, the following platform licensing adjustments will also be applied to hosting services:

  • cPanel license pricing will increase by 10–12% per month

  • CloudLinux OS licensing will increase by 5% per month

  • Plesk license pricing will increase by 26% per month

 

These adjustments help maintain server stability, resource isolation, security patching, and ongoing infrastructure support across the hosting environment.

Compliance & Service Continuity Requirement

All hosted domains and associated services must be upgraded to the Extended Security Provision.

The applicable security upgrade and infrastructure management fee is ₹4,999 + GST for full managed security.

 

Clients are required to complete this upgrade on or before 10 February 2026, or on their upcoming service renewal date, whichever occurs earlier.

Important Notice

Services operating without the upgraded security framework after the due date may be subject to:

  • Security restrictions

  • Limited service functionality

  • Temporary suspension of services to prevent infrastructure vulnerabilities

We strongly recommend completing the upgrade within the specified timeframe to ensure uninterrupted hosting, email services, and application functionality.
